In order to provide the maximum benefit to the charity we do not operate a phone room, like most other national car donation charities. Phone rooms are VERY expensive. Nor do we pay for Internet advertising with the expensive pay-per-click search engines.
We handle all of the initial queries and donations through email. We send you detailed, but simple, email instructions.
We answer all of your initial questions through clear written communications by email. This is VERY FAST and VERY EFFECTIVE.
Once the initial motorcycle donation form is received by us, we then rapidly arrange for an authorized towing service to contact you by phone to schedule pickup.

If you have ANY concerns about the donation process or who we are please write them on the motorcycle donation form.
We will address all of your concerns.
If you are still not satisfied, for whatever reason, you are totally free to cancel your motorcycle donation by emailing us and/or notifying the towing company when they call.

The donation procedure is VERY simple, VERY easy and VERY fast.
- Completely fill in the online donation form. Enter all information requested about the vehicle.
- If you have a comment or question enter it on the form in the Comments area. You can always cancel after you submit the form.
- Submit the form by pressing the ENTER key on your keyboard.
- You will be contacted by email, usually within minutes, by a qualified email consultant.
- Read the single page of instructions that are sent.
- You will be contacted by the towing company or the administrative office, usually within 24 hours, to arrange pickup.
- Notify us by email when the vehicle has been picked up along with your signed off Certificate of Title and keys.
- We will immediately mail you your official tax receipt.
